Vegan Mozzarella!

We are excited to announce we now have our new in-house-made-at-Masa Vegan Mozzarella for our Chicago Deep Dish, Tavern Style Thin Crust & Vegan Mozzarella Sticks. And yes we are making our own vegan ricotta & parm too…woot! A big HUG and THANK YOU to our friends at Chicago Vegan Foods and their Vegan Teese Mozzarella - a fixture of our menu for 17 years since 2009!  We are so grateful -   especially in the early days when vegan cheese options were hard to come by. Thanks for the years guys – appreciate you so much!
